Respected Sir,

I have remitted a sum of Rs.500 through HDFC Bank Branch at Tirunelveli
(Branch code 0606) (IFSC code HDFC 0000636) on 24.04.2009 for the
following esm. and one widow.

1. Sep. S.Balakrishnan Rs.100 (Army)
2. Sgt. R.Chellappa Rs.100 (Air Force)
3. Sgt.K.Murugan Rs.100 (Air Force)
4. Hav.V.Lakshmanan Rs.100 (Army)
5. Hav.S.Manonmani Rs.100 (Army)
6. Smt.Usha Vaidyanathan Nil W.O Nb.Sub.Vaidyanathan (Army)

I have sent the above applications through IESM website online registration on
25.04.09. The names are appearing, but without membership numbers.

Please confirm, whether you will issue any identity card to the members ?
Pl. let us know when u will allot membership number ?
Do want the application forms also to be despatched to your office in addition
to the on line registration ?

I have got some more number of forms in hand. I find it is easy to register on line.
After getting clarification to my above queries, I will immediately send the
application on line.
